Head of Inclusion
We're searching for an inspiring Head of Inclusion to lead our efforts in championing diversity, accessibility, and belonging across our organisation. We have a great opportunity available to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMPYOI Wetherby, as Head of Inclusion. This position is offered on a Fixed-term, Full-time basis, working 37 hours per week.
HMYOI Wetherby is a Young Offender Institution located in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. It serves as an important correctional facility within the UK's youth justice system, housing male juvenile offenders aged 15 to 18. The facility provides a secure environment focused on rehabilitation, education, and personal development to facilitate successful reintegration into society.

Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)/Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) or a commitment to work towards it within a specified timeframe.
