Our client, a well-established main dealer in Hertford, is actively looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. * Up to £38,000 basic salary plus bonuses (up to £600 monthly)

* Monday to Friday working week (45 hours per week)

Responsibilities
* Diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards efficiently and accurately
* Completing vehicle servicing, repairs, and quality checks
* Maintaining high levels of workmanship, attention to detail, and safety
* Accurately completing all required documentation and reports
* Mentoring apprentices and junior staff when necessary
* Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements
* Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 2 considered if willing to progress to Level 3)
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a franchise dealership environment
* MOT Tester status is highly desirable
* Strong diagnostic and technical skills
* Reliable, proactive, and a dependable team player
* Full UK driving licence
