I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking an Issue Management Specialist to join their team
Job Description
As Issue Management Specialist, your main responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
* Overseeing the identification, tracking, and resolution of integration issues, across complex systems.
* Role requires a high level of technical understanding, but is not hands-on in nature.
* Consistent adherence to established processes.
* Effective utilisation of issue management tools.
* Clear and transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.
* Drive actions based on clear KPI's around defect management, with stakeholders across the company.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in developing metrics, dashboards, and professional presentations.
* Strong knowledge of issue and defect management processes and tools.
* Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
* Ability to develop, interpret, and present metrics, KPIs and performance dashboards
* Solid understanding of software integration principles and dependencies.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions on complex or sensitive matters.
