Your new role
You will be working closely with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and owner-managed businesses across a wide range of sectors in a client-centric environment. Your role will involve supporting the team on various client transactions, including share issuances, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. You will help ensurepliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements by preparing and reviewing relevant documentation.Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining statutory registers, ensuring timely filings withpanies House, and managingpany secretarial correspondence and queries. This includes maintaining accurate records and overseeing the organisation's filing systems.
This position is initially in the office until you have passed probation, where the role will then be hybrid.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a highly professional individual with excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, known for strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong proficiency in MS and entity management software, particularly with Diligent Entities. It's desired but not necessary to have a full or part qualification with the Charteredernance Institute (CGI) or equivalent. It is also preferred if you have 1–3 years of experience ofpany secretarial, legal, orernance.
