We’re looking for an experienced Client Service Account Director to lead senior client relationships and drive integrated digital strategy across a portfolio of accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong agency background who enjoys balancing client leadership, delivery excellence, and commercial growth.
You’ll be the senior point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams and agency leadership to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard and relationships continue to grow.
What you’ll be working on:
* Leading and nurturing key client relationships
* Acting as the senior client contact across integrated digital accounts
* Overseeing campaign delivery to ensure work is on time and on budget
* Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell
* Collaborating closely with channel teams and senior leadership
What I’m looking for:
* Strong agency background in digital marketing
* Solid experience across SEO and PPC (paid media experience preferred)
* Confident in managing senior stakeholders and client communications
* Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
* A collaborative, team-focused approach
