The digital team plays a fundamental role in the transformation and growth of the OSB group portfolio of websites. Supporting the business in promoting online and offline activities, we aim to be recognized as the UK's number one choice of specialist bank through our commitment to exceptional service, strong relationships, and competitive propositions.

2. Develop, maintain, and prioritize the digital backlog, including detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with the digital team and stakeholders.
3. Monitor and track KPIs related to website and app usage, user engagement, conversion rates, and business impact. Use data to inform decisions and report on product success.
4. Make data-driven decisions regarding feature prioritization, scope, and trade-offs, balancing user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
5. Champion user-centricity by participating in user research, usability testing, and feedback. Support the UX/UI Lead in translating user insights into actionable designs.
6. Previous experience in digital delivery or a comparable role is essential.
7. Experience in change or project management roles is essential.
