Supply Planner (12 month FTC)- London (hybrid)- Up to £55k DOE
Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with one of the largest beverage businesses in the UK, who are looking for a supply planner to cover a maternity contract in their team. This is an exciting and complex role, so it's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supply planner to develop their skillsets in a fast- paced environment.
In this role, you will be:
1. Creating short- long term supply plans for a fast moving category, analysing data to translate demand plans into supply plans
2. Liaising closely with suppliers and 3PL partners, to ensure healthy stock levels across the markets and ensure they are upholding KPI standards
3. Aligning capacity, capability, inventory, and waste data
4. Supporting the wider business, analysing and identifying supply chain risks
In order to be successful, you will have:
5. 3+ years of supply planning experience
6. Fantastic negotiation skills, proven experience of handling challenging conversations with suppliers and external stakeholders
7. Great attention to detail, analytical skills, strong Excel skills and knowledge using a prior ERP system
