ADMINISTRATOR MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8.00AM - 5.00PM £ 25,500 PER ANNUM People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Inbound Administrator to join our well-established client based in Keynsham The role of an Inbound Administrator is to ensure the required inbound freight is on all required deliveries. You will understand and develop relationships with customers to ensure all deliveries and issues are coordinated to the client on a regular basis. An Inbound Administrator will have a key focus on customer service and will work alongside external partners to ensure efficient loading of inbound freight. Day to Day Duties Working as an Administrator for our client your duties will be: Dealing with invoice checks Arranging collection orders General customer service Dealing with active reports Import/Export Managing cross-trades collections Answering calls Dealing with customer queries Skills & Experience: Good communication both written and verbal Keen attention to detail High standard of accuracy Previous experience within customer service role Familiar with working under pressure Essential Skills As an Administrator, the following are essential: Proficient in Microsoft package Good communication skills Good writing skills Desirable Skills Previous administration skills or related field What training is provided?
