As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of vehicles. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment. We offer a host of company benefits we know how valuable your tools are we offer tool insurance for piece of mind Salary is up to £37,000 with a ote of £42,000 with bonus Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.00 - 17.30 NO WEEKENDS 21 days personal holidays plus all bank holidays We look after our team and pay them well and also make sure they have personal time to spend with their families Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, and filter replacements - Be able to carry out cambelt, water pumps and clutch changes - Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and brake system failures - Conduct inspections and tests to identify any potential issues or safety concerns - Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, assemble, and repair vehicle components - Follow schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex problems - Weld or fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications - Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Requirements: - Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician - Mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems - Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance procedures - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Please submit your CV highlighting your relevant experience for consideration
