New Workshop – Established Business! £32,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary Hailsham Area Are you a reliable and skilled Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester looking for a fresh start in a modern, fully equipped workshop? We are a long-standing, independent automotive business with a brand-new facility—and we're looking for the right person to join our small, dedicated team. What You’ll Be Doing: * Carrying out MOT tests and inspections to DVSA standards. * General vehicle servicing and repairs across a variety of makes and models. * Timing/cam belt replacements. * Welding and light fabrication if able. * Maintaining workshop cleanliness, safety and organisation. * Staying up to date with training as needed. What You’ll Bring: * NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification). * Current MOT Tester certification. * Strong general mechanical and diagnostic skills. * Competent with cam belt work. * Welding ability – highly desirable!
