Role Overview

* Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, industry regulations, innovations, and emerging trends - understand how they align with the customer's business goals.
* Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on product selection and solutions that best meet their needs.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support by resolving inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and technical, to deliver exceptional packaging solutions
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activity, and forecasts.
