We are looking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic team member who wants to join our fast paced and friendly working environment. This is a full-time permanent, role based at our Egremont branch:
Key Areas of the Role:
Reporting to the Nuclear Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in providing day to day support to all teams, both administrative and practical to assist in the smooth running and organisation of the branch. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, raising purchase orders, resolving queries, ensuring reports are accurately processed in a timely manner and capturing data.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, can multi-task, and enjoy independent work but also being part of a team, and has previous administration experience as the responsibilities of the role will depend heavily on the use of Microsoft Excel and data input.
Experience & Skills:
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Demonstrate accuracy and high levels of attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.
* Have a proactive outlook and enjoy being busy.
* Proficient in using Microsoft products, especially Word & Excel
Hours of work:
8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (13:30pm Early Finish Friday – alternate weeks)
