Buy Whole Foods Online Ltd, a successful family-run ecommerce business, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Despatch Operative to join our friendly warehouse team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
As a Despatch Operative, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, carefully packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Accurately pick and pack products according to order requirements
· Inspect items for quality, damage, or defects before packing
· Ensure all packed orders are properly labelled and ready for dispatch
· Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining pick-face accuracy
· Load and unload goods safely
· Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe
· Work closely with other team members to meet daily targets
· Follow company health & safety policies and procedures
Requirements
· Prior warehouse experience (1 year preferred, especially in picking/packing)
· Good understanding of quality control processes
· Familiarity with shipping and receiving operations
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable using warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Shifts Available
· 07:00 – 17:00 (Wednesday to Saturday)
· 06:00 – 14:00 (Tuesday to Saturday)
· 07:00 – 17:00 (Tuesday to Saturday)
· (Flexibility required during busy periods, with overtime and weekend shifts available.)

Please note: while this role is currently based at our Minster site, in 2027 we will be opening a new purpose-built dispatch warehouse in Dover, Kent. This role will therefore require relocation to our new Dover site at that time.
