Quality Assurance Associate

What You’ll Do:
* Conduct thorough internal reviews of documents and processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Collaborate with team members to identify and address any quality issues proactively.
* Assist in preparing for client submissions, adhering to deadlines such as the internal review deadline (11th June) and client submission deadline (12th June).
* Maintain accurate records of data, including dates of birth and email addresses, as specified in submission requirements.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on quality processes.
Required Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and meticulous review skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with quality assurance principles and procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team within deadlines.
Nice to Have Skills:
* Experience with QA or compliance in a professional/regulated environment.
* Knowledge of data management and documentation standards.
* Basic understanding of project management tools.
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
* Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
