Due to the location of my client, it is essential that you have a vehicle, no public transport available to site.
Position: Laboratory Assistant
Contract Type: Temporary
Responsibilities
* Prepare samples accurately and efficiently using pipettes and vortex equipment.
* Employ good aseptic techniques to ensure the integrity of samples.
* Perform simple mathematical calculations, including serial dilutions.
* Maintain meticulous records of all experiments and procedures.
* Demonstrate attention to detail and precision in every task you undertake.
* Learn and apply specific practical techniques relevant to our projects.
* Work with various technical equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
What We're Looking For
* Ideally, you'll have previous experience as a lab technician or relevant work placement experience.
* A strong willingness to learn and grow within the laboratory setting.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle technical equipment with care.
* Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
