Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of the commercial and contractual performance of assigned projects.
* Work closely with Quantity Surveyors and senior management to protect and improve project margins.
* Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and milestone schedules.
* Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
* Manage safe working practices in occupied buildings and live construction environments.
* Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, managing agents, and site teams.
* Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with specifications and company standards.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing lift modernisation and full replacement projects.
* Experience working in occupied buildings and live refurbishment or renovation environments.
* Strong understanding of CDM 2015 and construction health and safety legislation.
* Excellent commercial and contractual management skills.
* Experience leading field‑based installation teams and subcontractors.
* SMSTS or equivalent site safety qualification.
* Lift engineering qualifications.
* Must be eligible to work in the UK.
* CSCS certification.
* Full UK driving licence.
