Description
Reporting into the leadership team as part of a small but ambitious team, as Senior Account Manager you'll be responsible for the delivery of complex and in-depth immersive projects from concept through to live launches.
What you'll do:
* Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple campaigns.
* Be the central point of contact between clients and internal teams.
* Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
* Provide updates to stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met.
* Client management of a portfolio of key accounts.
Experience
What we're looking for:
* Project management experience ideally within a digital creative agency.
* Fantastic client management skills.
* Strong understanding of creative and digital project workflows (e.g. 3D, video, web, content)
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
* Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
* A proactive attitude and a passion for innovative digital work.
* Budgeting and scheduling expertise
* Calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, solutions-focused
Remuneration
* £35-45k depending on experience
* Hybrid working - ideally 3 days in the office
