Job Overview
This role is for both Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare (HRCH) and Kingston Hospital (KHFT).
Initial tasks include developing a strategic digital roadmap for 5-10 years, supporting merger and integrated healthcare, and enhancing information sharing across health systems.

Seeking a strategic thinker passionate about digital transformation, capable of building a team, and fostering an inclusive culture. The CDIO will lead digital strategy, manage teams, and collaborate across the organisation to realize digital potential. The role requires high independence, accountability, and leadership for digital capabilities at board level.

Responsibilities
Accountable to the Chief Executive, leading digital, informatics, and information governance, driving transformation, advising on IT strategies, managing teams, and working with partners to align digital priorities and standards.
Person Specification
Qualifications: Masters or postgraduate in IT or related field, project management certifications (MSP, PRINCE2, AGILE), professional development evidence, relevant professional qualification.
Experience: Successful change management, leadership at senior level, developing and implementing IM&T strategies, supplier/contract management, NHS experience, business development, and commercial acumen.
Skills/Abilities: Autonomous decision-making, change management, strategic planning, performance improvement, and fostering collaboration.
