We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions across various public and private sector projects. You will work closely with a Lead Technical Consultant and experienced team members, responsible for developing and configuring solutions in line with user stories, standards, and best practices.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on ServiceNow experience to contribute to meaningful transformation initiatives while growing their skills through professional development and collaboration.

Requirements
* Deliver high-quality ServiceNow configurations and customizations aligned with user stories and standards.
* Participate in solution design discussions, providing technical insights and ensuring feasibility.
* Follow established development standards and naming conventions.
* Collaborate effectively with Architects, Business Analysts, Testers, and Administrators.
* Engage actively in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Participate in code reviews and share knowledge to improve team skills.
* Suggest and implement improvements to development practices and processes.
* Maintain your professional growth through certifications and keeping up with ServiceNow updates.
* Contribute to internal initiatives and upskilling activities when not on client projects.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
* Experience with ServiceNow development and configuration across multiple modules.
* Understanding of scripting, workflows, catalog, and integrations within ServiceNow.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative working style.
* SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it.
* Multiple ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
* Knowledge of ATF is desirable but not essential.
