This is an excellent opportunity to undertake high quality clinical negligence work for NHSLA, trusts, individual hospitals and insurers. The team would prefer candidates with NHSLA experience but claimant clinical negligence candidates with a desire to move into this sort of work might be suitable.
Requirements
Candidates NQ-5 pqe with a strong commercial understanding of the NHS and their business drivers are preferred.
