Are you a commercially minded finance professional with a passion for sustainability and growth?
I’m looking for an up-and-coming Finance Manager, to join a newly acquired SME in the renewable / sustainability sector, based in north Oxfordshire. The goal of this role is to professionalise and grow the finance function, in line with new ambitious plans.
What the role will involve:
* Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
* Delivering insightful management reporting to support strategic decisions
* Partnering with senior leadership to drive business performance
* Managing cash flow, financial controls, and compliance
* Supporting growth initiatives, including investment and expansion planning
What they’re looking for:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or qualified by experience
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
* Experience in a fast-paced or growing organisation
* Ability to influence stakeholders and translate numbers into strategy
