Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Material Handler/Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment. This role is critical to ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, store, and dispatch materials in line with GMP and internal procedures
* Operate forklifts (reach truck and/or counterbalance) safely and efficiently
* Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems
* Perform order picking, packing, and stock control activities
* Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
* Support warehouse organisation and cleanliness standards
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets
Essential Requirements
* Proven warehouse experience (pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment preferred)
* Valid and practical experience operating forklifts (reach and/or counterbalance)
* Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
* Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE preferred), MS Office, and inventory processes
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Additional Considerations
* Candidates must be able to commit to the full shift rotation (days/nights)
* Must be able to start immediately
* Fully onsite role – no remote working
