IKEA Warrington are looking to welcome Order Pickers to join our hardworking Fulfilment team. You will play a vital role in making sure our customers receive their orders on time, every time. As an Order Picker at IKEA, you'll be at the core of our operations, carefully selecting and preparing high volumes of products for online orders, in-store collection, and home delivery. Due to health & safety for this role, you must be 18 years of age or older.

* Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
* 16 to 24 hours weekly, working between 3 to 4 days per week including 3 out of 4 weekends. Working hours are between 6am to 10pm.

What you’ll need to have
* You are comfortable using computers and handheld devices to support stock checks and customer questions.
* You proactively look for tasks and use your initiative to complete them efficiently and effectively.
* You have an adaptable mindset to switch between tasks and work within tight timeframes.
* You work with guidance from your manager to achieve set goals in agreed timeframes using standard ways of working.
What you’ll be doing day to day
* Picking and preparing large volumes of orders for online & in-store collection or delivery, including handing them to the customer.
* Receiving stock, picking, checking order accuracy, and preparing orders for delivery.
* Meeting the customer in the store during picking.
* Working with internal systems to ensure accurate stock availability for customers.
* Ensuring products are always available by completing tasks in your assigned area of the warehouse.
* Complying with IKEA health, safety and security rules and helping colleagues to prevent incidents.
* Contributing to optimized daily fulfilment operations by working lean and cost-conscious.
* Manual handling using safety protocols and pump trucks.
