What you’ll be doing
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, interview coordination, conducting interviews, preparing salary proposals, and issuing offers
* Coordinate and publish job advertisements across multiple job portals
* Create, maintain, and manage accurate employee files and HR records
* Process and manage employee Work Pass applications in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements
* Plan and conduct new employee orientation programmes to foster engagement and alignment with organisational objectives
* Ensure new hire information is accurately updated and maintained in Workday and e-HR systems
* Provide candidates and employees with clear information on HR policies, job responsibilities, working conditions, remuneration, benefits, and career development opportunities
* Guide hiring managers and new hires through onboarding processes using Workday and Beeline
* Liaise with and manage third-party vendors supporting recruitment and HR operations
What we’re looking for
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
* 2 – 4 years of experience in HR operations and end-to-end recruitment
* Hands‑on experience with recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding
* Working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including Work Pass administration
* Experience using HR systems such as Workday and Beeline
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and record-keeping
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
