City Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a seamless client experience, and supporting the spa team with administrative tasks.
Some Responsibilities include;
1. Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming environment
2. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using salon booking software
3. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, prices, and availability
4. Process payments and handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
6. Upsell salon products and services where appropriate
7. Coordinate client flow with stylists and service providers
8. Handle client feedback professionally and escalate issues to the manager if needed
9. Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, and filing
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (salon/spa experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
