EstimatorNorthamptonUp to £45,000 per annumMonday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a well-established construction company based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-focused professional who enjoys taking ownership of project costings and contributing to successful project delivery. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders, managing project budgets, and supporting a wide range of construction projects across the UK.Key Responsibilities
* Preparing accurate cost estimates, project budgets, and cost plans
* Managing the tender process and producing competitive quotations
* Conducting risk assessments and value engineering reviews
* Collaborating with commercial and operational teams
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Taking ownership of the cost planning process for project proposals
* Attending site visits when required
Requirements
* Previous experience working as an Estimator within the UK construction sector
* Experience managing tenders and producing detailed cost estimates
* Background working with a main contractor or cost consultancy
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
