Maintenance Controller
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will proactively manage the maintenance aspect of a portfolio of properties ensuring that client, company and statutory requirements are always met. You will triage maintenance issues in a timely manner to the correct contractor and ensure queries and supplier invoices are handled promptly.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. After 2–4 weeks of training, hybrid working (3 days at home) is available.
Responsibilities
* Proactively manage maintenance for multiple properties.
* Triage and assign maintenance issues to contractors.
* Liaise with tenants, contractors, landlords and clients to resolve queries efficiently.
* Pay supplier invoices promptly.
Qualifications
* Property management experience preferred but not essential.
* Background in customer service and fast‑paced environment.
* Experience working with various IT packages.
* Stakeholder engagement skills and strong time‑management.
