Your Role as a PE Teacher:
🔹 Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons, adapting activities to suit students’ needs.
🔹 Promote physical well-being, teamwork, and confidence-building through tailored sports programs.
🔹 Use adaptive teaching techniques to ensure all students can participate and thrive.
🔹 Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, and teaching staff to support students’ overall development.
🔹 Encourage students to develop coordination, motor skills, and a lifelong love for physical activity.
🔹 Organise sports events, enrichment activities, and extracurricular clubs.
🔹 Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with experience as a PE Teacher.
✅ A passion for inclusive physical education and supporting students with SEN.
✅ Strong ability to differentiate lessons and adapt activities for individual needs.
✅ A positive, patient, and encouraging approach to teaching.
✅ Knowledge of therapeutic PE approaches, sensory integration, or adapted sports is desirable.
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
