Role Overview
The Production Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining effective production plans and schedules to support on-time delivery, efficient use of resources, and adherence to quality and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain production plans and schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability.
2. Translate demand and ERP/MRP outputs into practical, achievable production schedules.
3. Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to ensure plans are executable.
4. Track performance against plan, identify risks or constraints, and drive corrective actions.
5. Support re-planning arising from engineering changes, shifting priorities, or supply issues.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date planning data within ERP/MRP systems.
7. Produce regular reports on schedule adherence, capacity utilisation, and delivery performance.
8. Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve planning accuracy, lead times, and efficiency.
