This is a key role within the organisation, offering the chance to take ownership of high-impact web experiences and help shape the future of their websites and platforms. What you’ll work on: • Owning and evolving the Design System for the web and Dotcom teams • Driving CRO (conversion rate optimisation) - click-throughs, landing pages, homepage performance • Presenting design solutions directly to stakeholders About you • 3 years’ experience as a UX Designer working fully end-to-end working on website/home pages • Experience using user data, A/B testing and analytics to inform design decisions • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Framer, UXPin, Webflow, FigJam, GA, Clarity, Jira, Confluence Think this could be your next step?
