The Role As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering commercial electrical projects valued up to £1.5 million, as well as managing small works and maintenance contracts up to £1 million. You will oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Managing commercial electrical projects up to £1.5m in value • Overseeing small works and maintenance contracts up to £1m • Full lifecycle project management from planning to handover • Budget management, cost control, and financial reporting • Programme planning and resource coordination • Managing subcontractors and site teams • Client liaison and stakeholder engagement • Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation • Attending progress meetings and producing project documentation • Identifying and mitigating project risks About You • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within building services • Strong background delivering commercial electrical installations • Experience managing projects in the £500k–£1.5m range • Good commercial awareness and cost management experience • Strong leadership and communication skills • SMSTS (preferred) Please contact Luca on (phone number removed) / (url removed) to discuss the role in more detail.
