Support Technician is required by a innovative manufacturing company located in Deeside, North Wales with the working hours between 7-3pm and paying up to £30k annually. The company which have offices throughout Europe are seeking a passionate and driven Support Technician to provide support and rectify any issues to end users with their technical issues, software products, programs or systems to ensure the smooth operation of the business needs. Joining a small IT team of 3, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced senior members and gather exposure of new systems.You will be required to act quickly to troubleshoot and resolve matters before escalating to senior members as well as contributing with the roll out of any IT Projects, managing CDC factory reporting and overseeing KPI reporting. Responsibilities -Providing user support across all ICT areas including software, hardware, telephony and network. -Ensuring accurate asset tracking and conducting audits. -Managing CDC factory reporting and overseeing KPI reporting administration. -Contributing to software development, particularly with Power Apps. Experience -Demonstrated experience in an IT role, adept at resolving 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line queries. -Understanding of IT security protocols. -Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. -Strong problem-solving skills coupled with effective communication abilities with both customers and team members. -Exhibits personal drive and adaptability, preferably with professional IT qualifications or actively pursuing them, with a keen interest in further development. -Capable of managing a diverse workload with strong organizational and time management skills. -Familiarity with Power Apps, SQL, PowerShell is advantageous, or a willingness to learn.
