Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Contracts Manager to oversee service and rental contracts, working with customers from both the acute and community sectors. In this pivotal role, youll ensure the smooth delivery of contracts, consistently meeting KPIs and service levels while driving customer satisfaction and retention. Youll work closely with Service Centres, Customer Solutions, and key stakeholders to resolve issues proactively and lead regular review meetings that foster continuous improvement. Beyond service performance, youll take ownership of the commercial success of your contractsmonitoring profitability, identifying growth opportunities, managing scope changes, and securing renewals. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be key to achieving both contractual commitments and wider business goals. This position will play a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare solutions while shaping the future of our service contracts. Candidates should be comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays as part of their role responsibilities. This role involves travel and overnight stays across a defined territory that includes locations throughout South Wales, East Anglia and the South West of England as well as London and the Home Counties.
