As a Project Facilitator, you will work closely with programme leads, clinicians, and system partners to help plan, coordinate, and implement key transformation initiatives in Neighbourhood Health & Care. You’ll play a central role in ensuring projects run smoothly, stakeholders stay engaged, and progress is effectively tracked and reported You will provide comprehensive support to the PMO team, including facilitation of the multiple stakeholders, diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
