Part-Time Receptionist / Administrator- Redditch- Temp to Perm Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 12:00pm £13.00 – £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience) We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist / Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and IT skills who enjoys working in a professional office environment. Part Time Receptionist / Administrator Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff Handle incoming calls and emails professionally General reception duties, including managing the front desk and keeping reception area tidy Provide administrative support to the wider team Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasksPart Time Receptionist / Administrator Key Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, approachable, and well-organisedHours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 12:00pm (20 hours per week)If you’re a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
