Private Client Fee Earner - Malmesbury
The role
* Managing a full caseload of private client matters, including probate, will drafting, tax planning, Court of Protection work, and lasting powers of attorney
* Providing clear, empathetic, and practical advice to clients, often at sensitive times
* Building strong, long‑term client relationships through excellent communication and a client‑focused approach
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to ensure a smooth and efficient service
* Keeping up to date with developments in private client law and best practice
About you
* Experience handling your own caseload of private client matters
* STEP qualified or working towards STEP is preferred, but not essential
* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex matters with confidence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and professional approach
* Commercially aware with a strong focus on client care
* Open to applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives, or experienced Fee Earners
