The Support Worker role : Spending time with others & supporting them to develop new skills and access things they need and enjoy in the community. You will thrive on helping others and enjoy variety in the work that you undertake. Some of the people we support require assistance to get back on their feet after a period of ill health. Others will need longer term support to achieve their aspirations to have a meaningful and fulfilling life, whatever that means to them.

What we are looking for in our Support Worker:
Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and/or domiciliary care. If you have an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social care that's even better. The company does offer on the job training and a chance to grab qualifications. Salary £12.21ph.
