About the role

Join ECARX's Indirect procurement team as the Indirect procurement expert, reporting directly to head of Indirect procurement department. This strategic role focuses on ECARX's indirect procurement in Europe markets, especially in the category of professional services, such as HR, finance, legal, ODC, office leasing, etc.


key responsibilitis:

1. Responsible for indirect procurement for Ecarx overseas, including administrative, human resources, finance, and legal categories, to ensure compliance and efficiency in the procurement process.

2. Work closely with business departments to understand production requirements, develop procurement strategies, and optimise procurement costs.

3. Evaluate and manage suppliers to ensure their quality, delivery capabilities, and service levels meet company requirements.

4. Responsible for negotiating, signing, and executing procurement contracts, ensuring the reasonableness and enforceability of contract terms.

5. Monitor market trends, understand the latest developments and technologies in the manufacturing industry, and provide procurement recommendations to the company.

6. Address issues arising during the procurement process to ensure the smooth progression of procurement projects.

7. Conduct regular procurement data analysis to optimise procurement processes and enhance procurement efficiency. Qualification Requirements.


Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher.

2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of professional service category procurement experience.

3. Familiar with procurement requirements for relevant product categories and have a clear understanding of production line pricing.

4. Possess excellent negotiation skills and contract management capabilities, capable of independently completing procurement projects.

5. Fluent in English .
