Position: Care Home Worker (Nights)
Shifts Available: 3 night shifts Monday – Sunday, 3 x 11hr shifts, Total of 33 hrs per week

Weekly or Fortnightly Pay and Pension: Most of our sites enjoy the stability of weekly or fortnightly pay and contribute to our stakeholder pension plan.
Provide Personal Care: Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
Support Daily Living: Help residents with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, helping residents feel less isolated and more connected.
Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Make regular wellbeing checks to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and their needs are being met.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, including those related to resident privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance our service offerings and care processes.
Experience in Care: Previous experience in a care role is preferred, but a genuine passion for helping others is essential.
Flexibility: Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, and adapt to the varying needs of our residents.
Ensure that all care tasks and wellbeing checks are managed with care and professionalism.
