Responsibilities
* Assess and treat patients with an eating disorder as an Outpatient Nurse.
* Maintain a caseload of patients and provide physical monitoring.
* Screen and manage new referrals, field telephone queries and support the team where necessary.
* Work with colleagues from Day Services and Eating Disorders Outpatients.
* Provide training, consultation and liaison services for other healthcare professionals within and outside the Trust.
* Represent internal and external professional networks to ensure coordinated care plans across agencies.
* Carry a small caseload as part of a multidisciplinary team.
