About the Role
We’re partnering with a fast‑growing fashion and lifestyle brand that’s redefining creativity and culture within the jewellery and accessories market. The brand is now entering an exciting new phase of retail expansion, opening stores (initially) across the UK at pace and bringing its distinct brand identity to life in physical spaces.
To support this, we’re looking for a Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager. This is a creative, commercially minded marketer with hands‑on experience in store design, visual presentation, and retail activation. This role bridges Marketing, Retail and Product, ensuring every new store launch, campaign and display brings the brand to life for customers.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the planning and execution of retail marketing and visual merchandising activity across store openings, events and seasonal campaigns.
* Manage store design, layout, window displays and in‑store storytelling in collaboration with creative and retail teams.
* Deliver integrated retail activation plans that drive awareness, footfall and brand consistency across locations.
* Partner with Retail, Property and Product teams to coordinate store launch timelines and ensure flawless execution.
* Support in‑store events, collaborations and experiential moments that build brand engagement and community.
* Ensure all retail environments reflect the brand’s aesthetic and commercial goals.
* Analyse the performance of retail campaigns and visual merchandising activations, identifying opportunities to improve customer impact.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising or store activation within a fashion, lifestyle or accessories brand.
* A strong understanding of store design, visual display and brand storytelling.
* Hands‑on experience managing store rollouts, window concepts and event‑based retail marketing.
* A creative eye with commercial acumen and the ability to balance design quality with operational feasibility.
* Excellent cross‑functional collaboration with Retail, Marketing and Product teams.
* A proactive, agile mindset and comfortable working at pace in a high‑growth brand.
