A well-established and growing Residential Conveyancing department is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Executive to join their team. Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of sales, purchases and remortgages.
* Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to relevant regulations.
* Investigating titles and identifying any legal issues or potential fraud risks.
* Providing clear and timely updates to clients, solicitors, and estate agents.
* Handling secure transfer of funds.
* Completing registrations and keeping up to date with legal and regulatory changes.
* Managing Stamp Duty submissions and closing files effectively.

What We're Looking For
* Experience in Residential Conveyancing (3+ years preferred).
* Ability to independently manage a busy and fast-paced caseload.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
* SRA / CLC / CILEX qualification (preferred but not essential).
