Senior HR Coordinator
to join their friendly HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a true
generalist HR role
, gaining exposure across the full employee lifecycle within a professional services environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries across the business
* Supporting the coordination of the recruitment, onboarding, and induction process
* Assisting with employee relations cases and HR policy queries
* Managing HR data and maintaining accurate employee records
* Supporting annual HR processes such as appraisals, salary reviews and benefits administration
* Providing day-to-day support to the wider HR team on a variety of projects and initiatives
What we're looking for:
* Previous HR experience, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator, able to build relationships across all levels of the firm
* Proactive, team-oriented, and approachable – with a "can-do" attitude
