Overview
As the Global Ecommerce Executive, you will support the Global Head of Ecommerce in executing the ecommerce strategy across all markets. Your role is crucial in ensuring a consistent online trading approach and KPI achievement to deliver an elevated online experience for the Creed brand.
Key responsibilities
Web Development
* Assist in writing and managing global web development briefs from conception to launch.
* Conduct competitor and industry analysis to keep the Creed web offering ahead of market trends.
* Gather local market feedback for upcoming web developments.
* Maintain and circulate the global project pipeline regularly.
* Participate in reviews with the global development agency.
* Monitor KPIs related to functionality changes and share insights across the business.
* Research and propose new concepts for future projects.
* Attend industry events to stay informed of emerging opportunities.
Reporting
* Manage weekly global trading reports, highlighting key commercial opportunities.
* Collaborate with local markets to ensure KPI data is current.
* Standardize ad hoc and deep-dive reports for global consistency.
* Create templates for ecommerce campaigns and ensure key data is included.
Global Documentation & Processes
* Maintain the global ecommerce calendar.
* Develop SEO best practice guides for product setup and maintenance.
* Coordinate with content teams to include merchandising opportunities in content packs.
* Act as the digital liaison for product launches, working with marketing and markets on timelines.
* Conduct bi-weekly site walkthroughs to identify opportunities or barriers to purchase.
* Support IT projects impacting ecommerce, documenting processes as needed.
Skills and experience
* At least 3 years of experience in a global digital management role.
* Experience managing Shopify development agencies.
* Proficient in reporting tools like GA4, Shopify, and Better Reports.
* Strong analytical skills and passion for data.
* Familiarity with budgets and P&L management.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Proven stakeholder management skills.
