Offer description

6 months contracts with local authority Assist in evaluating supported accommodation providers. Monitor and address inquiries and issues from the general inbox. Guide residents to suitable internal or external services such as mental health support, addiction assistance, and benefits advice. Schedule and oversee appointments for key workers, maintenance, and external services. Maintain records and manage the Housing Management Systems. - Requirements Knowledge of Supported Accommodation and/or Housing Benefit is essential. Previous experience in Supported Accommodation is preferred. Strong customer service and communication abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in IT, including MS365 applications like Teams and Outlook.
