Overview

The Digital Customer Operations team of Cumbria Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is expanding. This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel to sites across Cumbria, Northumberland, and Tyne and Wear. The post may be subject to a TUPE transfer to NTW Solutions, with a potential date of 1 October 2025. You will support the Digital Product and Delivery team, leading implementation, configuration, testing and training for clinical and corporate systems and digital solutions, and you will contribute to the ongoing support and development of digital services to ensure excellent customer experiences.

The role covers a wide geographic area from the Borders of Scotland to the North of Durham and across North Cumbria, and the Trust is actively working with services to improve digital provision.


Responsibilities

* Lead the implementation, configuration, testing and training for clinical and corporate systems and digital solutions.
* Take an active role in the ongoing support and development of digital solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience.
* Collaborate with the Digital Product and Delivery team to support the Trust's digital journey.
* Travel to sites across the Trust area on a regular basis as part of the role.


Qualifications

* Education to degree level, or relevant experience.
* Experience of using a range of digital solutions and systems.
* Knowledge of change management and strong organisation skills.
* Experience of producing high-quality written documentation and excellent communication skills.
* Experience of product support would be desirable.
