Telco Deployment Specialist - Netstar Professional
Role Overview
We're looking for experienced Telco Netstar Professionals to support customer deployments. You'll work hands-on with customers to plan, deploy, configure, and validate Netstar telco solutions, ensuring a smooth go-live and reliable performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Support on-site or remote deployment of Netstar telco solutions
* Assist customers with installation, configuration, and initial testing
* Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide quick resolutions
* Validate system performance and readiness for production use
* Collaborate with customer IT/Network teams during deployment
* Document deployment activities and handover details
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience with telco network deployments
* Strong knowledge of Netstar platforms/solutions
* Understanding of IP Networking, VoIP, and telecom infrastructure
* Ability to troubleshoot under time-sensitive conditions
* Customer-facing experience with clear communication skills
