We support George who lives in his own home in Poole. We have been fortunate enough to work with George since the start of the year as he is taking part in our 'Futures' project and was welcomed in to our adult services programme in March.
Due to the needs George has, we can only accept applications from male candidates who have a background in health and social care including experience with autism.

The role
George is a verbal eighteen year old, however he also communicates with visual aids to help him plan and understand his day.
He is very energetic and enjoys activities such as:
* Singing his heart out at Karaoke
* Going to the skate park
* Watching a film in the cinema
* When it rains, George prefers to stay indoors and watch a variety of his Marvel favourite films or enjoy a cheeky KFC!
George is supported on a 1:1 basis and is reliant on his support staff. He requires assistance with personal care, medication and meal preparation.
Hours:
20 hours per week
This would be a mixture of shifts Monday – Sunday with hours ranging between 7am – 10pm
This role would include alternate weekends and sleep ins (sleep ins come with an additional payment)
