About Our Graduate Programme

We want you to be the best you can be, so we offer a two-year graduate programme that gives you the opportunity not only to learn your graduate role but also to take part in fantastic development to help you reach your full potential. You will learn from talented colleagues, be mentored, and take part in masterclasses, Insights, development days, an induction week, and bespoke graduate training.

We want you to love what you do, learn quickly, broaden your horizons, and get hands-on experience. Making a difference from day one is key to what we offer—so keep reading and apply today.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business committed to financial excellence, innovation, and people development. We are looking for an ambitious and driven finance graduate to join our structured graduate programme, designed to provide broad exposure across key finance functions and generous study support to obtain a professional financial qualification.

Over 24 months, you will develop a strong foundation in financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and business strategy. You will rotate across multiple finance teams, gaining hands-on experience and working with senior finance professionals. You will split your time between working in the Chorley office and working from home.

This role has a September 2025 start.

Key Rotations

* Accounts Payable & Receivable: Learn the fundamentals of invoice processing, payments, cash flow management, and credit control.
* Central Finance: Gain experience in VAT returns, CIS tax, cost allocations, and financial audits.
* FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis): Develop an understanding of forecast consolidation, budgeting and planning, and cashflow and liquidity management.
* Management Accounting: Assist with accruals and prepayments, management accounts preparation including revenue recognition, balance sheet control and reconciliations, and variance analysis.
* Finance Business Partnering: Work closely with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, provide accurate financial forecasting, and improve financial performance.

About You

We want our graduates to challenge the status quo, encourage different points of view, and drive creativity. You will bring insights from your education and life experiences to the role and be empowered to make a difference. You should be agile, resilient, and ready to take on real industry challenges.

We would like you to be graduating in 2025 or already graduated, holding at least a 2:2 degree. A degree in Accountancy/Finance or a commercially oriented/mathematical subject would be advantageous. You should be computer literate, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. We also value organisation, self-drive, attention to detail, and a desire for continuous development.

* Company pension scheme
* Life assurance
* Private GP helpline and Health Cash Plan
* Avove Discount Scheme
