We’re looking for confident and driven individuals to join our team as Pharmacy Engagement Executives on a 4-month contract. In this fast-paced, phone-based role, you’ll engage with pharmacists across the UK, helping them access valuable educational and promotional resources by securing their e-consent.

What you’ll be doing
* Making high-volume outbound calls to community and hospital pharmacists across the UK
* Clearly communicating the benefits of receiving educational and promotional content
* Securing e-consent in a compliant and professional manner
* Accurately recording all interactions in CRM systems
* Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
* Building positive relationships with healthcare professionals
* Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets
* Ensuring all activity aligns with GDPR and ABPI compliance standards
* Sharing insights and feedback from conversations with internal teams
What we’re looking for

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
